Yeah....I checked it on amazon....I can get the first 4 volumes.......the 5th volume is coming out 26th January 2010. I'm kinda shocked to hear that it got licensed and on top of that they translated it......I took a look at mangaupdates and it seems that the Del-Ray didn't exactly do translation for every single thing in the manga but they did a decent job of it though.

Dec 6 2009 01:57 PM Well I managed to watch the OVA episode and it seems they acutally introduced Chiri's older sister in this one. Also, it looks like they may not even try and go for a 3rd season due to the sales of the series so far. Although if this does get licensed in the US there might be a glimmer of hope of seeing a 4th season of this series.
Oct 14 2009 11:39 AM Wah! It's season 1 all over again. But considering how difficult the show is to translate, we should be grateful that we've gotten as much as we have, really. I did notice a rather exasperated comment on TokyoTosho when the torrent came out. I'm sure someone will come along to finish it off, but if that doesn't happen soon, maybe we should drop some hints over at FTV-Subs.

So far my favorite are the "emergency measures" bit and the confession gag.
Now I'm waiting for them to do jokes about the subsequent earthquakes this week and typhoon ketsana and the one next to it. I'd bet they'll do a "the world is ending" joke or maybe one on the environment.

The tinted glasses bit was awesome, especially that they had older glasses too that made you spout prejudices from that time period But yeah Itoshiki just isn't the same without his glasses on. I hope they continue the bit with Rin buying all her neighbours properties so she can get to the ramen store. I like Rin's personality so I'm glad we got to see more of her this season.

BTW anyone else here who tried to draw with the zetsubou sensei drawing song?
Why don't we have everyone try it and then scan it and upload it here lol, just for kicks. I especially loved the quite literal rendition of some of the drawings.
Sep 27 2009 12:09 PM The Tinted glasses skit in ep 11 was wonderful. I'll probably pick up more on the second and third watch. That is one thing I love about the series, It gets better after a few repeated watchings, because of all the subtleties and just sheer information overload.
About the 4th season, can't find any info; but do we know if this current season is 12 or 24? I hope next week is not the last yet if we have 24 then I doubt a 4th season to be likely, for quite a while atleast.
