I'm new here, my apologies if I'm posting this in the wrong place.

I'm a huge Saiunkoku Monogatari fan. I saw seasons 1 and 2 last month and this month, and I'm hooked. <3 I've read the translated manga online, and so now I'm hunting for online fan translations of the light novels.

Recently I created a group on Facebook in support of getting the light novels translated and published in English. If anyone here has a Facebook account and would like to view/join the group, please go on Facebook and do a group search for "Please Release the Saiunkoku Monogatari Light Novels in English!" (can't add links at this time) If you want a direct link, contact me on this site and I'll send you the link.

Also, very important, there is an online petition linked in the group's discussion board. Once members join, we're asking that they go to the online petition and sign it. The petition is also for the purpose of getting the light novels published in English, as right now they're available only in Japanese. They have been translated to Chinese by some fans online, but for those of us who can't read Chinese or Japanese (or not enough to read novels), it doesn't do us any good. ^^;

The goal is, once we have enough signatures on the petition, to go to a North American manga company and ask them to consider translating and publishing the light novels in English. Saiunkok does have a fan base, and if we can get enough people to show their support, the idea is to convince one of these companies to undertake this task.

If you know anyone you think might be interested in joining and supporting our group, or who would like to sign the petition, please pass on the group link!

This can also be a SaiMono discussion thread, if I can't make a thread based on just my Facebook group. I'm happy to talk about all things SaiMono.

I do wish that the emperor and Shurei shall be bound, and it's true that she lets him hope. Still, whether they will be or not is an other matter. I believe that someone will try to steal her .
I love their government talks, that's what make us believe it could exist.

Anyway, i looooooooooooooooooooooooooove this anime! best ever!

There just has to be a season three, I think they still have some loose ends to tie up. Not only that but I am so sure that Shurie will marry Ryuki, think about it. If he did not have a chance of being with her then she would have never accepted the bet. I think she is leding him on.
The anime is good, too much talk about government stuff though, so i skipped quite a few episodes and only watched the ones that showed Ryuki and Shurei talking.
I really like Ryuki, Seiran, Koyu and Shuei (Shuei and Shurei's names are way too similar)

I've been looking in all the web sites I could to seek for further informations about saiunkoku monogatari, and it seems there will be a third season... but when?!

firstly, the author has to write the books, and it looks like there will be another 2 years before the following animes... :'(

sauinkoku monogatari season 2 was the only available season with me... is there any season 3 on sauinkoku monogatari bacause the final episode of season which chapter 27 is hanging and doesn't have a real ending... at first when i watch it i didnt quite understand it becasue i haven't seen the season 1 but then again, the story was nice though.. it wasn't really like fushigi yuugi like i was telling to me myself... and all the guys are all damn cute... its nice having it as yaoi... heheheh.. but i like to be like shuurei. ( having all the guys want to marry me" Bwahahah... very funny?!

i like ryuuki and seiran... as well with the ensei and suon "taka-kun"....

maybe sometime later on, i would have download the season one for sauinkoku monogatari for i haven't found any cd in the local stores.... i thank free online videos for the convenience of these.

on season 3 i hope they would resolve the problem of counterfeiting issue but i dunno know?was it just my cd that wasn't not complete with the episodes? i wonder? or maybe ... hmm.. whatever!

because in season 2 they are 27 chapters but the ending was still a little bit hanging. i thought that after the illness in Sa Province (was it in the Sa Province)....
it's not..

oh well if there is any free downloads out there... tell me what website, alright? thanks. arigato!

Quite frankly there is still a lot more room for a 3 season. until now most about the sages and seald monsters was left out of the story, same with Kou Surei and the exact relation to barahime (yes i know that's related to her mother) i mean how its related to the Hou Family.

Hi! I just finished watching the 2 precedent seasons, and I'm definitly FOUND of this anime. Do you have news for the 3rd one? I heard it would be the last one, but I don't know when they will release it, and if it already started in japan.

So what did you guys think of the ending?
For the most part I think they rounded out everything nicely.

so can any one tell me if the 2nd Series of this anime is any good? i watch the first serie and didnt like it much

If you're not a fan of the first season the second season won't change your mind about the show. It keeps the same style as the first season. The only real distinction between the 2 seasons is really the time between when they aired. If you didn't know they were 2 separate seasons and watched both you may just think they were a single season.
