Every person Hinamori Amu knows thinks she's the coolest girl they know. Except the fact that behind everyone she hides her true feelings. One morning when she wakes up, she comes across three eggs called "Guardian Characters." These Guardian Characters help her find out that her true personality isn't that bad, and that her real personality is cool to.
Everyone at Seiyo Elementary thinks Hinamori Amu is the coolest girl in class. But, she's nothing like that. Amu's actually a very shy girl who wishes to have courage to truly be herself. One morning, she found three mysterious, little eggs in her bed. Each egg contains a "Guardian Character". These guardians are angel-like beings that can give a human a certain power to change their abilities. With help help from these Guardian Characters, Amu will discover that her true self is even more amazing than she ever dreamed.

To answer your question, yes that happened in the new serialisation of the Shugo Chara Encore manga.

The manga of the actual Shugo Chara is going nowhere, with only like about 4-5 new chapters after Vol.10 (which pretty much ends at where the 2nd series ended). The Shugo Chara Party anime is not based on the manga materials at all, and with original written stories and the show itself is pretty much a kid show than aimed at children/kids.

It is quite annoying the release of the manga at snail pace. I bought volume 1 to 10 of the manga during my trip to Hong Kong, but that was almost 5 months ago. The Shugo Chara Encore new chapter release is slow as well...I'm guess it is being serialized in a month manga magazine...or worse...quarterly...

Shugo Chara third season, titled Shugo Chara Party! begins October 3rd....I guess I should start watching Shugo Chara soon

It's probably no longer hosted on AniSuki anymore. Although it's running around into the high 60 to around 70 episodes so far. In any case it probably got dropped since they change the title name for the second season. It's the same, but they added the Doki part to make it seem new I guess.

In any case I think it's no longer being hosted here, but I doubt it's already licensed though.

I have a question.

I was looking though the site to download the Shugo Chara files but I cannot locate it. I had the anime as part of my watchlist and they are showing for my scheduler. But they do not downloading.

Why is that? Is the series licensed now?

lol I know exactly how you feel. I kinda forced myself to watch that episode instead of skipping it.

Ah now since they have the new season out. I wonder when they will get back on track with the story line. Its so frustrationg to watch a eppi only about the Shuga Charas.
