Yotsunoha was planned to be a 2 episode OVA from the start.

just finished watching it. i thought the anime was pretty good. the story was direct and well told. well, since it was only a 2-episode series, i didn't really mind about wat happened during the 3 years separation. they probably just want to exclude all the unnecessary stuff as much as they could. the flashback parts were good as they didn't leave anything out in the cold. about the characters, i do like nono a lot. her voice was cute and her determination to be seen as a mature woman makes me like her even more. and yeah, that's coz i probably do hv a loli complex.

I honestly thought this was a nice little waste of time and not in a bad way. Aside from it being short and they don't really mention what happened in the 3 years of separation the story is pretty much given to us flat out. The ecchi jokes were funny too. @ Yamamoto-sensei. That guy is just not strappy looking.

It was different and I can respect that. Nono was a teenager stuck in a loli's body who wanted to be seen as a girl by her childhood friend. I liked how she was open with her feelings but was a little subliminal too. Her seiyuu did sound like an old woman trying to sound cute but it didn't really annoy me because of her accent, which I liked. Animation wasn't bad. I liked the ED sequence, it was fluid, cute, and laid back.

The line steals the show.

An easy 7 out of 10. OVA needs 4 episodes.

i was just checking whether this was a new series. the next thing i know it's already finished with just 2 episodes . guess i'll watch this series since u guys keep mentioning about lolies. i'm in a void anime zone at the moment coz most of my anticipated ones have already finished . may be i'll watch this to kill some time.

well, models have under-developed bodies. but i won't complain going out with them.

It was not bad overall, animation quality was well, and chracters seem really fleshed out. I just wish it was a bit longer, and developed maybe a story of what happened IN those 3 years... overal I say 8/10!

i would rate this 7 of 10 just cuz it was a lil short but as for the animation its fairly decent and the comedy was alright

but this was one of those animes that to me its yea i saw and its on my HD somewhere and i would not watch again lol but over all this was decent not like some other bizzare things out there lol

but it strikes me hard that a normal, average would be seen together with a underdeveloped girl like that holding hands wouldn't you think ppl would say kawaii anata no imouto??? then they reply no we are going out and the other ppl are like 'O' what!!!

to me thats just weird

A loli with a crush on an onii-chan figure? That sounds like win to me. I think I also spotted some cat girl get-up in the screen shots.
The art is okay imo; I'd rather play the game tho. Oh btw, the seiyu for that loli sucks.
