just watched clannad (season 1 and 2)

it was bit of a joke ....

why the hell is this anime considered a masterpiece in the anime news network site ???(RANK:2 !!!!!). there is no way this anime is that great..

anyone agree with me ???

My opinion of the Kyou chapter was that it was good, but not great. In comparison to the Tomoyo chapter from the first season, the Kyou episode wasn't really that interesting, and most of the episode had to do with the love triangle. It was not only less touching, but had more or less a predictable ending, and I rather disliked how Kyou cut her hair too.

But ah well, I never really liked Kyou that much; on the other hand, I've always loved Tomoyo, so maybe I'm just a bit biased.

hmm meh.. soso i guess.. not a very big fan of kyuo. I found that tomoya went a lil strange in this ep.. he doesnt act like normal.. This ep was abit too drama-ish for me.. nothing special.

indeed, it was really nice to see more of kyou in this episode ^^. After this I think i can safely say that Kyou is my favorite pairing girl (though favorite character still Fuuko).

p.s.

anyone else feel a little bad for sunohara? I mean he's actually pretty cool despite his goofiness, but he never gets any ladies XD. Particularly when I think he and Tomoyo would have made an excellent pairing, besides comedic reasons.

The other girls ?? Since this is special chapter where Tomoya consider to not meet other girls and do not even confront or communicate them scenario, thought I saw them as co-actor or cameo during motion picture but that different.

So far Tomoyo chapter and Kyou chapter do look like that. So my curiosity is are they going to do that as well to the rest heroine ?? We still got two other heroine to go. Not to mention there are quite lot of scenario in Clannad.

BTW, it nice to see the other side of Kyou.

The thing that bothers me most about the Kyou chapter is the same as with Tomoyo's arc: where the heck did the other girls go? There is no sign of Nagisa, Kotomi or (in this case) Tomoyo anywhere, as if they had never existed in the first place. It makes it all feel very unreal, as if it were a mere dream.

And yeah, the part of Kyou cutting her hair is pretty sad. She lost her charm point. Besides, I like Ryou better myself, since I have a thing for shy girls.

Just watched the "Another World: Kyou's Chapter" special; liked it a lot. I've always been a huge fan of Kyou, and she was so cute in this episode - as I suspected, there's a soft heart under the rough exterior. Any fans of Kyou will probably like this episode.

My only disappointment was that Kyou cut her hair!  I loved her long hair T_T

Now if only I could find a girl like her...

Oh, and I've gotta agree with Sunohara: "YOUR WORRY IS TOO LUXURIOUS!!"
That said, Sunohara was WAY more mature and...dare I say intelligent...in this episode. He was much more like a helpful friend that I'd want by my side if I were going though such a situation (as opposed to the helpless dumbass that he appears to be in most every other episode). Gotta say, liked his character a lot more in this episode than the rest of them even without the comedy associated with his stupidity.
