Category: TV
Genre: Comedy, School Life
Year: 2008

In the near future, there are people with TYPE-E capabilities who spend their lives normally, without noticing their capabilities.

Miharu is an office worker. She worries because every electrical instrument near her breaks. One day, several men appear. They say that a crisis is approaching her, and begin to take her away. Then, two women in shining rainbow bodysuits appear. The men fight against the women using guns and martial arts, all the while trying to push Miharu into a car. However, the women with superb physical abilities defeat the men and help Miharu.

The two women, both of whom also have Type-E capabilities, are the silent Kimizuka Maori, 17 years old, and the cheerful Ebihara Chinami (the protagonist of the first season), age 22.

They begin to talk about the people who have TYPE-E capabilities. According to them, there are two conflicting power blocs. One is OZ, the organization they belong to, which was founded to help TYPE-E-capable people adapt to society. The other one is "Foundation," for which the aforementioned men work. They advocate the isolation and control of TYPE-E individuals.

Anyway, it was an interesting episode. I gotta say Chinami looked very beautiful and hot when she has her hair down and glasses off. Throughout this series, I never would have seen or thought about the way she looked. She always kinda looked nerdy or clumsy to me, but she looks so different in this episode and I likey, .

that seems to be a ongoing trend with nerdy girls on entertainment. that all they need is a bit of makeup and lenses to be the center of the night rather then the wallflower. i cant make up my mind if thats a "hollywoodism" or just the "ugly duckling" wish within us all...

Chinami is not dating Kotaro at all, they refur to it as getting over a cold when they where first together.

I think you misinterpreted wrong, it was Sonomi who said that she liked Kotaro back then, but then got over him, hence, getting over a cold.

For Chinami & Kotaro, Chinami talked about how they didn't really take another step in their relationship..saying they love each other or be a couple, but you can see the connection there in how they care about each other. Also, Sonomi talked about how Chinami & Kotaro are made for each other.

Anyway, it was an interesting episode. I gotta say Chinami looked very beautiful and hot when she has her hair down and glasses off. Just saw episode 4 and it was weird

Chinami is not dating Kotaro at all, they refur to it as getting over a cold when they where first together.

Regarding the twins and the insident, one of them()works for the foundation and Mills is in a comma at the end. Glad to know that she wasn't killed of, but her bro seems to be edgy lately. Like he has a grudge or something, the other guy(Kriag) almost had his brains microwaved by Chinami.

Maori-Chan wa ichiban, she tried to stay calm, instead it made her more nervous and she made a light bulb light up. Then she gets kissed by the cow, how I envy that(J/K). The look on her face is priceless

QUOTE anyone else getting a "major" vibe from ma-chan?

heh, now that i think about it, even the hair is similar

If your referring to "Major Madoka Kusanagi" then not so much. I do see a slight resemblance, but truthfully she actually reminds me of two other charaters from slightly older series. When you first see Maori, and obviously she's the little girl chasing the puppy that caused Chinami to blow the computer in the Air Traffic Control Tower in season 1, she looked like Minnie Mae from Gunsmith cats. in The new season, she REALLY reminds me of Reika Chang, AKA "Vision" from the original Bubblegum Crisis. She has the same quiet, slightly distant aura about her that vision had, but could be extremely competant in a fight when protecting something, or some one. and if anyboby out there doesn't know who Vision is, PLEASE watch the first incarnation of Bubblegum Crisis. You won't be disappointed.

And is anyone else wondering what happen to the Twins ??????

you may be right given the latest developments. as for the twins, i suspect there may be something interesting in the latest episode

Finally!!! I was hoping it got subbed when in aired early July, but anyway, I'm kinda glad it got subbed after a month of airing. The 1st season was pretty good and I wanted to know what happens to Chinami and the others so I'm happy the second season started.

After watching the 1st and 2nd episode, it was very different than I expected. I was wondering what happened to everyone and trying to picture how everyone changed from high school. The tone and genre of it was different from the 1st season, which had school life and romance. Although, I didn't really mind because I like action also. I like Ma-chan, she is pretty cool and kicks butt.

This is gonna be the show I wanna watch this August going into fall. I can't wait to see what happens the rest of the series.
