Well we were waiting (4 w's) for episode 02 to be subbed but didn't happen until 3 beautiful girls of Aarinfantasy decided they had enough waiting and subbed it themselves.

It's only 2 episodes rawr~ ;o;
I wish this would of became a full blown series.
At least a good 13 episodes anime. I love the characters, their design, and the thrill of the storyline. I will probably have to go back and watch the first episode before watching the second, I should of just waited until 2 was released.

The manga seems rather short, I have yet to read more than half a chapter so far though. They don't really need the manga to make this an awesome series it seems since the main idea has already been created, that in it's self has become inspirational to a weak writer. Speaking of the manga, it's no longer ongoing correct?

The 2nd episode was released today in Japan, a RAW has not appeared at TT yet but hopefully sometime later perhaps. Hopefully, we will get to see the 2nd episode subbed and released for the weekend.

This was really really good, I absolutely loved it, both Hal and Kai are 2 very distinctive characters and the climax to the first episode was just awesome, the creepy call that Hal gets and the guy who's attempting to kill Kai from behind, I have a major hunch throughout this episode that Kagura is a villain and I'm guessing he's the guy who murdered Kitagishi and is attempting to kill Kai too.

If this ever gets a US DVD release, I will definitely buy it.......seriously I will BUY IT.....no can stop MOI!!! XD

The OP and ED are brillant and I can't wait for their release which is on the 26th November 2008, which it says on Switch(OVA)'s official site.

The only realy disappointment, is having to wait until the 25th of Feburary 2009, which is a pretty long time just for the 2nd episode, which will conlude this OVA series.

Hey, glad to see there's a thread for this now-- does anyone have any idea what Kai is mouthing at the very beginning of episode one? I'm seeing something halfway between "Aishiteru" (I love you) and "Dame yo." (No don't/wrong/vague negative). o___o I also really want to read the manga now.


And wow, that wallpaper would be really hot if not for the SUPER CREEPY BLOOD RED LIPS. Oh god. So much manlipstick.

Ah....you are truly the master when it comes to giving us all the heads up on what's all the rage....too bad I am not into Yaoi... I do thank you for dedicating it to me though....yeah...those Lolos look pretty good...I plan to watch the first OVA, later.....tonight! The wallpaper looks nice but it lacks something....hummm..I know! I know! A man and a woman!

the first episode is very distinctive i thought. It's certainly got a dark streak in it and the story oline is very mature if that's the right word. It's the type of thing I'd expect from a book or film intended for adult audiences. I also got the feeling that there's something more than we think with regards to Hal's relationship with Kai in that when they are together he does act quite cold and he seems to be very much enjoying the undercover side of his job.
The ending of the first episode certainly makes me want to know who/what Kai exactly is after seeing/hearing the phone coversation between the mystery-person and Hal.

Plot #1:

Kai Eto's a wet-behind-the-ears rookie who just joined the Narcotics Control Division of the Tokyo Police. He looks cheerful and innocent enough, but Kai has a dark, violent alter ego. His new partner Hal Kurabayashi is much more street-smart and experienced. When this mismatched duo pair up to root out drug dealers, they find that they're not just searching for criminals, they're also competing with the local police to bust the bad guys first.

Now a new, highly addictive drug called "Dragon Speed" has hit the streets, and rumor has it that superstar actor Kyoya Shirai is addicted to "DS." Kai goes undercover as Kyoya's assistant to uncover the truth about Kyoya and figure out who's supplying him with Dragon Speed before his addiction claims his career and his life.
