Well if I knew that this thread exited earlier I would of done minor comentairy for each episode. So they ended this series with 25 episodes er... excluding the OVA episode of course. I kind of like how they ended it the day after what was considered as the last episode. Although you kind of wonder if they do a 3rd season will they introduce Hayate's first love he had when he was just a kid or not.

Now I'm waiting for Season3.

I see it as most of the other People, as there's still much room for advancing the relationships between Hayate and the other Characters.

Also, I'm wondering, if Nagi ever finds out, how her relationship with Hayate truly started (as he wanted to kidnap her in the Beginning, but failed just at the first Telephone-Contact), or if he ever gets together with someone in the End.

Oh, and btw, there wasn't much Combat within this Season, so maybe a third could get some battles(needs 2-3 fights at least).

Now Hayate Season 2 is over and..........wasn't that great. I thought the first season was easily much better. This one took out a lot of the rapid fire humor and self referential humor that was so great before and in it's place put a lot more relationship stuff, which really isn't anything special in this show. I never really cared much about the relationship stuff in this show that much.

So apparently the series is scheduled to be be 26 episodes as anticipated....however, I'm starting to get rather annoyed that the new OP still hasn't come in yet. Not rushing for the ED to change though.

Haha just finished ep 12, but I must say Hinagiku Clyne totally ROCKS!!!!!  And to top it off, her performance for the song ( even imitating a bit from the original animation) was awesome as hell. Just for this, I give 10/10 for this episode

i believe that was a hina-meer reference
meer != lacus

yeah..they have a little similarities in gundam..the way they dress ..anyway...is the manga far from the anime now???

The manga is up to chapter230, so no need to worry about running out of materials (at least not anytime soon).

wow just wow, episode 13 was probably the best episode so far and I really enjoyed as to how close they followed the manga.....after 64 episodes, I finally get to watch the best part of the series. It's a shame however to see the Hinagiku arc come and go already. I just hope they don't just drop her from the series after this, especially since they're changing the ending theme/video next week, so no more Hinagiku ED However, the OP is also changing and they're bringing back the one and only KOTOKO
Oh and I'm curious if anyone else here noticed the change in the Gundam reference in episode 12 compared to the manga.
