A pretty good show about friendship, love, sorrow and sadness. Didnt think it would get this deep.
It really fit that this wasnt solve with a fight but with talking. It gave it more seriousness.
Character Development was good too especially with Kanon and Urin. They changed pretty big.

After all it was better than expected and nice to watch.

It's definitely not a children's show, since children are very unlikely to understand much of what is going on as the series progresses, with all its symbolism about sorrow, intimacy and separation.

This show has turned into quite an emotional roller-coaster ride. That's a pretty big mood whiplash they introduced there. Right now the show is one of my favorites of the season, right behind Aoi Hana and Canaan, which is mostly due to the dreamy imagery and wonderful music.

I actually dropped the show, but either way, I can answer. It's more of a 'for all ages' type show than children only. Then again, I thought chii's sweet home was pretty cute and watched it for a while too xD So what do I know...

I'd say it's not a childrens only show though.

Oh yeah I am still watching this series, but pretty much nothing much to comment on aside from finding out that Senda pretty much took over Urin's body. Not only tat, but pretty much she managed to have some kind of a full reincarnation of some sort by making Urin the Maiden of Darkness.

In any case the story is still ok, and it still considered as something different never the less.

Damn back then Kanon really had a serious attitude problem. I wonder how she got like that? I mean we kind of heard about it a few eps ago, but still somehow that was just strange.

So finally Marin follows what their friends say to her and next ep we will probably see the resurection of Sedna and then the final battle.

The Ookashima and Kanon talk was good too, I wonder how that will turn out in the end?

Well with episode 8 they pretty much did a backstory on Urin and Marin. Not only that, but explains how they are "sisters" as well. Not only that, but it hammered out the problem with the relationship that Kanon with her boyfriend, and on how she finds out that she jumped the gun on the whole mess.

Yeah, it would have been nice if the makers would at least have followed the "romantic friendship" route between Kanon and Marin. Sure, they are sweet to each other, most of the time, but it still sucks that Kanon keeps pining for that lame glasses guy.

Im relieved that after all the talking about Kanon getting pure she didnt change.
That something would happen between Urin and Marin was clear, even though I thought it would be Marin turning evil for a while (ok maybe that will come later).
But it makes sense, after all it was Urin who led Sedna out and she isnt pure too with all her hate against the Sky and Sky Beings.

The only thing I hate is that Kanon is actually in love. But I hope she will forget him soon.

I never expected this to be one of my favorites but it's only a favorite because of the characters, animation, and the music. Although the story is important, I don't find it all that great but it's fairly decent ( I'm not sure about the whole transformation thing... ). I can't get over how adorable the characters are and their clothing as well. Especially Urin ( I didn't think anything was wrong about her name until someone mentioned it... ;o; Just call her Ulin or Rin then ), she'd make such a cute dolly. >_o

The art for the ending is just too cute, even the monsters are uniquely cute. I hope they give us more of those. ;3
