A few days later, Yu-Jin leaves as well. She goes to France to further her studies.

Half a year after that painful separation, each are living their separate lives. Sang-Hyuk ambles alone, remembering the walks together with Yujin under the sequoia trees. So its finally over. It began great but ended lousy. And the live-action ending made it even worse.

The main problem this anime has is that it was totally repetitive. The ywere walking around in too many circles. And too confusing. I still dont really know who was the father of whom now and who is related to whom.
And Joonsang was so strange after he got hit. He did thinks that are in my eyes unrealistic and unbelievable.

Overall it wouldve been better if it were 13 eps or so and a bit more up to the point. Cant give more than 6/10.

First time for a korean anime but it was really good other than the fact that the ending is liveaction.

Watch the original live action and I'm sure you'll be more amazed.

The anime in general is poorly done. The pacing moved to0 fast at the beginning of the series and then the sluggish advancement in plot (particularly between episodes 18 and 23) really showed where I was bored out of my mind because of seeing the same type of scenario over and over again.

Anyways, the live action ending of this series was unnecessary. It didn't add any element and if I really wanted to watch the live action, I would go do that instead. Overall, I'm very disappointed in this anime adaptation. I guess it shows that Korean dramas are simply not meant to be adapted into anime form. An immense amount of the drama was lost throughout the series from the source material and I felt the series was monotone for the most part after Joonsang got hit by the truck in the beginning of the series.

It was a pretty show, but out of character for the most part. Transitions felt confusing from time to time, music got too repetitive, and again the lack of emotions from the characters compared to the source material was really nerve-wracking.

Score: 6/10

Yeah I can't see anything disappointing about this anime at all either. It has been entertaining throughout the whole series so far. I thought the most amusing part of episode 10 was when Yujin's friend calls her up while she is out drinking w/Sanghyuk and their other buddy. She really rips into Yujin for being a crappy fiancée (well deserved? You bet). I also found it amusing how the doctor told Joonsang that he stood behind his decision. Can somebody say lawsuit anyone? lmao. So just by his mother's consent (was he past 18 yrs old) that is legal? Anyways I like how at the end Chelin tells him that he was her first love. Joonsang never gave her the time of day so was that supposed to be some major confession to shock and awe the viewers? Hardly I was like errrr, okies you're still irrelevant no matter how hard you try. Not to mention she got blood on the wedding dress.

My first thought was "WTF???"
But then I thought "Ok its not like they want to do a second Dragonball live action or something so maybe it will be good. At least the korean drama is said to be awesome, so I hope my best, even though I really dont like the idea.

But still I dont think the anime is disappointing, for me its very great. But I dont know the korean drama so I cant compare.

This answers the whole question about this series being an anime original. I have to agree though that the anime thus far has been rather disappointing. I can't really say if I'm pleased to see the finale done in live-action or not, especially when compared to the original source.
In addition, the anime has been dragging its feet lately and that really annoys me.

I have watched the drama before and there are some differences about the anime and the drama and from the episode 8, the anime takes another route from the original drama. Sometimes I don't like it because I prefer it follows the drama's plot. But now maybe they want to do something different from the anime.

From episode 8 I saw the big difference from the drama. Yujin suddenly know that Lee min Hyung is Kang joonsang instead of Lee Min Hyung and it is quite fast too in the early episodes of the anime. That's surprised me.

But I think maybe its good to do something new in the anime's plot. I hope its a good one.

I for myself never liked Sanghyuk. Not in the past and not now, he was always just annoying.
Ok Chelin was annoying in the past too but at least she looks good

Even before Joonsang turned up again, you could tell that Yujin wasn't all that in love with Sanghjuk, she was just settling for him. She probably thought she'd never find a love like she had with Joonsang ever again, so why not just settle for the next best thing. Sanghjuk should have realized this and just moved on from her, he is a nice guy and deserves better than that. But yeah you're right J-don, Sanghjuk needs to let go of the past, it's kinda annoying that this hatred he has for Joonsang is overflowing all over again. The show really is like a soap opera, thats probably why I'm so addicted to it lol. I'm hoping for a happy ending but I have a feeling it will go with the tragedy route.

What to say about Sanghyuk? On one hand he's the sympathetic character who you say, "Man you don't deserve this." But on the other hand, he's tormenting himself by not just cutting Yujin loose. She's got some serious issues with letting go of the past and I can't see anyway this will turn out good for him. He was the I'll 'settle' for choice and that might have ultimately worked out if that damned Joonsang didn't come back from the grave so to speak lmao. I'm not totally for sure what to make of Yujin. Sometimes I think she is a complete basket case but on the other hand she's a women in love. Need I say more... err but it'll be interesting to watch how Joonsang (forgot his current brainwashed name) will find out he's really Joonsang. Hmm just typing that sentence makes me feel like I'm watching an anime version of a soap opera. And oddly enough I'm enjoying every minute of it umm ya.
