Jun 26 2010 09:55 AM So its over. Too bad, since it was really great. After the first few eps I was almost dropping it but with the Celty Arc it really started to get awesome and the end was just great.
Even though there were a lot of characters almost everyone had a big role in the incidents and in the end everything came together in a good way. A bit more background for some characters like Simon or Saki wouldve been nice, but it was good without it.
Best character was Celty in my eyes. She and Shinra made just a great couple, especially if you add Shinras father in it ^^ And the way she seduces him in the last ep is just hot, even though she doesnt have a head.
Only thing I dont really know is if everything happened like Izaya planned. I mean the head is still like he was in the beginning, so doesnt that mean he was unsuccessful. Or was he just talking random sh*t back then when he talked about the Valkyrs?
This anime gets a 9/10 from me.
@Hyuuga: Saki isnt Izayas sisters. In the novels/manga (not sure where it was) he has two younger sisters who are pretty much like him. At least I read that on myanimelist.
