Hasegawa Kodaka has transferred schools, and he's having a hard time making friends. It doesn't help that his blond hair tends to make people think he's a delinquent. One day, he runs into his bad-tempered solitary classmate Yozora while she's talking animatedly to her imaginary friend Tomo. Realizing that neither of them have any actual friends, they decide that the best way to alter this situation is to form a club and start recruiting.

wow that's Kodaka for you in god Makoto mode, I hope that kind of ending doesn't happen with the rest of the girls for many obvious reasons or something worse like School Days o.O ...as that game was released last month I don't think it'll be animated that soon but will be interesting to watch at least as an OVA, meanwhile I'll check out if those endings are uploaded and subbed from a walkthrough telling by this trailer http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AZp3Y83ReBk

You know I really would like to see a certain PSP-game ending getting animatied to see how this came to. What ending I mean? Well I guess these two pics (of one single ending!) are saying enough:

I assure you, nothing I wrote there was sarcastic.

Hmm I dont know if such a collaboration will work since both are completely different.
But something new from Seitokai no Ichizon is always good ^^

@Accipiter: Thats why I hate the Internet, you never see if someone uses sarcasm like you just did. I mean everyone knows that Seitokai no Ichizon is far superior to Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai.

@Yaya: You should try Seitokai no Ichizon. Its a really great comedy series with a lot of anime parodys.

Seitokai no Ichizon was pretty bland and any collaboration would only drag down the greatness that is Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai.

QUOTE (Kit-Tsukasa @ Jan 20 2012, 09:14 AM)
I'm pretty sure the project was a novel collaboration and not an anime collaboration, but maybe the authors have changed their minds?

If they changed their minds? Who knows? I do not know if an anime series will ever come of it...just thought it interesting and nothing more...now, should we fans be treated to an anime series...I may give it a looksee as it would be nice to see K-kun tackle more "feminine challenges" be it his witto sissie or the mean Yozura-chan...only time will tell.

Just saw this on MAL....looks interesting.
Collaboration of Seitokai no Ichizon and Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai Announced
According to the official website, a collaboration project of Seitokai no Ichizon and Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai was announced to be launched. As the first collaboration, each of the authors of the original novels will write a joint novel of the two works. The remaining contents of the project will be announced later.

It's unusual that a collaboration between two different publishers is realized. Media Factory, the publisher of Haganai, has recently been acquired by Kadokawa Group Holdings, the parent company of Ichizon's publisher Fujimi Shobo. That may be the background of this collaboration.
Details of the new Seitokai no Ichizon anime have not been revealed yet.

If anyone can translate...please do. Never watched the first series mentioned, Seitokai no Ichizon, but of course, I enjoyed Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai.

Oh yeah, I watched this one too. I enjoyed it but was a bit put off by the other-the-top antics of a large part of the cast. Because of that, sena carried the show for me, prob b/c she reminds me the most of myself (NOT the fetish or hgames, the personality traits). Competitive, always guarded but quite transparent, and tries to lead and help others to common end result of teasing. The other characters were just so far from anything I know, except kodaka, that I couldn't resonate with them. That said, the interactions made it somewhat enjoyable even if some were overused and irritated me sometimes. Also, I'm a sucker for the art style they keep using in their series, dem faces are gorgeous. 7/10 from me.
