You didn't get the joke. Haruka Kasugano = have sex with essentially every main heroine of the series (the exception was the class president, which happened in the Haruka na Sora Fan disc that came out a year after the original Yosuga no Sora game.) This in its own right is equivalent to Itou Makoto from School Days. Of course, the end result was different They call it the "bad end" for a reason. I loved the School Days ending, so the reason why I said Yosuga no Sora was School Days done right, I meant in terms of "good end", "bad end" visual novel definition wise.
The same joke can be applied to Sora Kasugano in comparison with the twin sisters of Kiss x Sis, Ako and Riko Suminoe.

Now as for Sora and Kotonoha, firstly they made Sora way too tsundere in the show and gave her minimal screen time for a game that had little ero-scenes let alone a short game to begin with. Secondly, Sora is tsundere, Kotonoha is a yandere; that's too entirely different ends of the spectrum. While Sora did seem to have a "desire" to kill Nao, it's Sora. She's fragile to begin with and the odds were easily reduced to 0, and again tsundere.

Well, I told wedora-san that since he took the time to watch both Yosuga no Sora and this one, well, I am gonna do the same. As much as I poked at Yosuga, it was a guilty pleasure and I am sure this one will be too... Have read all kinds of good and bad and it sounds like a controversial one...right up my anime alley. After I have watched it, I will return and compare anime notes with you all.

There is no School Days done right since it already is one of the best anime.
But if youre talking about having several girls without a huge desaster than yes it is School Days done right ^^ But you cant really compare these two because of the restart in Yosuga no Sora. And Sora really had the potency to become the next Kotonoha.

@wedora: I liked Makoto until to the point he ran away when Sekai said shes pregnant. Not bearing responsibilitys is one of the worst things you can do as a man. It doesnt matter if she was pregnant or not, he didnt even try to talk about it. He just ran away. That made me really hate him.

necrobump, because I finally got around to watching it...

This was a very painful series to marathon, and by painful I don't mean poorly done I mean bad for the heart. There was a metric boatload of negative emotions going through me as I watched this. Unfortunately I had the ending sorta kinda spoiled for me so I spent the entire time trying to predict who was going to go insane, I think it would have been better if it caught me by surprise. All that said, Makoto is a disgusting peice of garbage, and just the pseudo-realistic depiction of a man like him makes me ashamed of my sex. That's some pretty powerful anime right there.

Its really a shame if you think about a scenario like this happening somewhere in the world: one parent, one concerned teacher, one person with some dignity, one friend with enough of a backbone to stand up to the pathetic behavior, of any one of the main characters would have likely averted the entire disaster. I only takes one person with moral fiber to keep at least 50 weak individuals in line, and it makes me glad that I try to do my best each and every day for myself and those around me.

Now to make myself feel a little better, some PG venting: Makoto is a ******* **** **** **** *** ******* **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** (Don't try to decipher it, its just jumbled censors. I typed a paragraph and tried to censor it but it was still too vulgar).

Now time to go watch Shinrayku Ika Musume eps again so I don't go to sleep and have nightmares.

I'd have to agree with the person who said that sekai was a stalker with a mental disorder. What level-headed girl learns the blood type of a guy, in the grand scheme of things it was all sekais' fault. Makoto was apparently a sweet guy until he met her, sekai tried to get anyone she knew together with makoto so that she herself could get closer. She kissed him, normally in a harem anime that wouldn't be a wierd thing, but to cry afterwards means she was upset that she couldn't have him all to herself. Have you ever seen movies with woman stalkers, they try to seduce the guy they're after and she did that in a very sneaky way. She told him to practice on her, no sane girl even ones who loved a guy from afar would do that. While she did seem to feel some sort of guilt of being with makoto she didn't stop in anyway, I live in a sort of a bad city and I have seen what girls who are pregnant and see their boyfriend cheating do. They cry, seek help from friends, and talk about how much they hate them, grab a knife and murder them . Only an unstable girl would do that, that being said katsura also was not a mentally stable girl. Once again I have seen what happens when a boy breaks up with a girl who he been dating for more then 2 weeks, they don't go crazy talking to an operator as though its the boy and try and take a part of the boy with them forever. Makoto though would have had what happened to him eventually, because he was thinking with his 2nd head. I personally hated this anime, I thought it was a cute anime about romance but nope.

1) It's eroge and most users here probably don't play or know what a visual novel is.
2) The title of the game implies the relationship Makoto goes through in Cross Days.
Think about it: School Days: yandere girls, Summer Days: lolis, Cross Days: I'll leave it to your imagination.

Because No One would refer to The Kotonoha in such a disrespectable manner because Kotonoha is Pure.

why couldn't he bring himself to Love a girl? the answer is there.
