has anyone played FF7: Dirge of Cerberus? it shows a new FF7 first class soldiers called 'Genesis' and a few more 1st class soldiers are mention in Crisis Core for the psp. However the game of Dirge of Cerberus surrounds the character Vincent but its worth a look i guess

This is about the anime OVA but yes I have played DoC and it is quite good
TwoSideAngel there are going to be 3 FF13's... FFXIII, FF Versus XIII and Agito XIII, but Agito is an RPG for ur mobile phone lol.

Weird.. I watched last order once already, and it showed Zack dying by Sephiroth's hands. I agree with your opinions on FFVII though, best selling and most realistic rpg- not in storyline, but in the difficulty, in X when you cross a certain point in the grid the game becomes far to easy, namely doublecast>Ultima. And XI was just a pain for money, online, and the general play style was a plague of lag and irritation. I wonder though, has anyone heard of the ff 13 news? how many games are they making for it?

If you ask me his death was quite heroic. He died to protect Cloud, after all if he even died. There was no clear message for me that he died. There was just that shoot and you saw Zack throwing himself in front of Cloud and thats it, but maybe I just want Zack to live. Whatever .. I cant wait for FF7:CC to get some answers to some things I still dont understand. Even after watching AC and playing FF7 several times threw.

personally i disliked XI cuz it was online and so expensive. i mean why would square-enix do such a thing. i also disliked final fantasy legends 1-3, although it was original and creative, it was just too different from all the current final fantasy games. all the other final fantasys imo are great esp 5 , 6 (not the one from anthology the original one for the SNES), 7 (+all related), 9, and 12 (although its not released yet, it looks and sounds very good according to several reviews). 10 was good at first, but once ur characters are high enough, they become too godly, esp doing so much damage (over 9999) against the final boss. it's as if ur characters can't die. i mean in 9 u can still easily die against the final boss even at level 99 or even ozma (secret boss) (curse + grand cross = death )

The Final Fantasy Legends is actually not a Final Fantasy Series. It is part of the SaGa series in Japanese. They just packaged it in Final Fantasy Legends as an American marketing gimic. And its always nice to see another FF9 supporter. The story is well written and I like how the ending come full circle.

As for all the FF7 related stuff, I hate FF7AC with a passion The only decent part is when the group fights against Bahamut... but if someone haven't play FF7 before, they will just give you a confused look. Square can do long epic stories, but CG movies in under 2 hours... they suck royally. After AC, Last Order seems decently good in comparison But if you do think about it, it was just there to showcase the Turkeys... err I meant Turks, which never really did anything. And as for Zack, soldier 1st class, singled handedly took out an entire army, only to be kill by a single sniper trying to take out Cloud... surely he deserves a more heroic/dramatic death.
