Apr 3 2007 02:29 AM I know it took some time. But it helps to know that the last epi is finally done now. And without spoiling it, I can already tell you it was great. Best part is that being a member of the simoun group actually helped me learn about fansubbing and script editing, as a student of a student. But the best part of it that all of you will be enjoying it as much as I and the others in the group loved this series.
The only thing we are pondering now is, "now that the series is done, what do we do now?" any suggestions... I'll bring it up to some of the others in the group. who knows maybe your picks may end up being subbed soon or whatnot.
P.S. noticed you all complained about us being slow. But remember most of us are learning and we also just had the holidays and then cramming and most of he ones teaching us newer members had families and jobs to work around. But we never gave up on the series, and now it is here for you all to enjoy as well.
And, thanks to those who were patient with us, and didn't page us all the time with requests for ETAs of the finished epi. We enjoyed the exerience and I enjoyed the learning experience. I started out like all of you, just a fan. And I contacted the group also whining about how long it took for eps to come out. Then they eventually taught me how to do things to help them get the subs out to fans quicker. So I have to say," both my peers, mentors, and friends in the group as well as the fans of our works. Are a very fine group of people to have known. And I hope you enjoy our works for a long time to come." Although, it may be short lived since rumour has it that simoun is being signed soom. But, I have first dibs on the DVD special edition with OST, when it gets licensed. well bye for now. and see you all around.
