I loved this, i'm not even done with this yet but there was an episode that began so crazy i was like wtf and i'm not even done with it, just so good i had to tell anyone thinking about watching to watch it cuz yeah

I just finished this, surprised it took me so long to find something like this. I was kinda worried near the end that Nanami would choose Takeuchi. So glad that didn't happen and I hope she'll remain faithful and wait. Now I need something new to watch heh.

i agree!

after having read the continuation of the story in the manga, i would have actually preferred the anime ending! XP

the last several chapters concentrated too much on what happened to yano and all his issues.  i was kind of missing takahashi after a while, feeling sorry for her and found myself more interested in the Takahashi/Takeuchi love angle. hehe.  Takeuchi is a martyr!  a statued should be made in his honor! hahaha

btw, chapters 40-42 are out!  it seems the story will get meatier after those!

You should always search veoh.com. It is 100 times better than youtube because more anime is available (bokura ga ita is a definite), and you don't have to worry about the episodes being in several pieces. You get the full episode.


Warning! Some what of a spoiler but if your interested:


heh at first when i saw the end of the anime i was mad that the anime had to end there... however i take back whatever feeling i had then because after reading volumes 9 and 10 of the manga...

it makes me want to kill something because its not what i had hoped would happen.. lol >_>; If you think the end of te anime was sad, i think the anime is a lot happier than the following manga volumes because you dont know what your going to expect other than knowing they will see eachother in a year. Manga might make you mad. or sad when you find out what happens later on when they start college. Mmm however i cant speak for volume 11 and 12 because they arent translated yet.. god i hope it gets better! >O

If someone finds that volume 11 and 12 are finally translated please let me know!

I already finish the first season up to episode 26... and its really nice!!!
Now im looking for the season 2 even its just manga or if possible in anime... >.< hope there is...

Bokura Ga Ita is an anime I certainly would recommend to people since I like it very much. It reminds me of the anime, NANA. Lots of similarities between the two with regards to love situations and how the characters respond and reflect on their actions. Coincidentally, NANA's second on the recommendation list for Bokura Ga Ita ^^. Since the anime only covers a fraction of the manga, I'll want to invest some time and read it. From the WIKI page on Bokura Ga Ita the last episode jumps far ahead in the manga, that's why it's somewhat confusing but I guess they did that to get more reception on the manga.
