Feb 5 2009 11:27 AM I guess it goes to show you that other then the Haruhi series we can't get enough of Lucky Star either it seems. Although this now comes to mind which is more important to watch a second season of Lucky Star if there is one, or te second season fo Haruhi (and not not the parody series that comming out the real deal). |

I have to agree...toward the end at the pet shop, it's almost like they are forcefully throwing in a bunch of neta (parody/references) with no relation to each other. I think that would apply to the TV series as well, actually.
But really, you reminded me of the last few episodes of Lucky Star, and you're absolutely right. I still remember how great episode 22 was, with Konata's mom appearing in the end, and the school festival in the final episode was a good ending too. Still, I found the OVA to be above my expectations, and would welcome more Lucky Star soon. |

Indeed, L*S is capable of much better, but I guess the producers went with the usual formula of 90% fanservice and 10% L*S
Well, I guess the fact that there were some parodies of non-KyoAni shows is a big step forward... or no? |
