I felt the same way the anime did take a long time to get the point across. Plus adding a bunch of fillers in between the eps was starting to get me angry.For instance when i thought that they were going to mess up the the end (eps 24-25) of the trails scene but good thing they put it in there . But the scenes were mixed up a bit and they added a fight scene that never happen in the manga ! But hey at least they made it work in their own way. When you think about it tho the fillers help the series cause so viewers can get the point of what the Kor are and how important Teito's friendship with Mikage was, give Mikage more of a character cause they killed him off on ch 8 in the manga .
When you think about it the series could have ended in 12 eps and not follow the manga at all. So I'm happy
with the anime being 25 eps so now we know the next season is actually going to be that long too.(I hate when they end an anime series and not finish it and sum it up in 24 eps and making a fake ending that makes nosense) When the anime was first airing the manga scans stop on ch 50 and now there's going to have time for the manga to grow.
I can't wait for the next season to come out in 2010!!!
