just watched the first episode and these were my impresions (i rarely ever stop at the first episode too btw)

I agree but adding the general sense part.

It pains me to think the mangakas and studios are trying so desperatedly to make their new creations popular by mixing in so many genres etc, it always sickens me to see a crossover of shonen, shoujo, echii, and seinen all in one. (it wasnt "really" seinen but at least i got the feeling they were aiming for as broad an audience as they could get)

Anyhow too much echii and crossover between genres, its like bakuman when they went for a more shonen and then a more gag manga only to get serialised, in the end it wont amount to much.

Qwaser, as expected, is a really awful show. 6 Episodes into the series and although the plot is pretty straightforward, the animation quality (even director's cut/uncensored) is very poor and the concept is terrible. The animation looks as if I'm watching something from the early 2000s while the concept reminds me far too much of Queen's Blade. The action scenes are relatively decent and the OP theme is enjoyable, but everything else is bad. The whole element thing and what a qwaser is or where they came from has no explanation thus far (I hope we get one later). In essence, for a 24 episode series, I'd rather go watch Element Hunters instead if I want to see something chemistry related . Ecchi is one thing, but did they really have to go so low as to breast feeding as the source of power?

You know its really a good and especially funny anime if you watch it uncensored (thanks to a certain subgroup), because you dont miss important scenes. The only bad thing is the quality, but still better than censored.

But plotwise there isnt that much happening, whats pretty bad because its really interesting, but who knows, maybe it will get heated soon.

so that copper qwaser person turned hana into a masochist i guess.... its almost comical in my eyes
my favorite character in this so far is teresa though....
even though this was called the breast milk drinking anime dont seem to see it as much as i thought even though its censored anyway

Ep 4 makes me think we didnt see a lot of relevant stuff because of the censoring, for example the whole thing what Ekaterina does with Hana to make her so obedient.

Ekaterina is a great character, I hope she stays like this the whole time and doesnt get soft.

This is great but got to admit it let down a bit by the censoring of it its silly that they did this, but hopefully they will realize this and release it uncensored like its supposed to be and with look the manga will also release new chapters sometime this year can always hope.

Just watched ep 3 and at least there wasnt that much censored this time so it was bearable.

This anime is pretty good, the story is interesting, the characters too and Sasha is just awesome ^^ Even though he should stop beeing so obsessed with big tits, Mafuyu is clearly the better one out of the two sisters.

Seems like it will get funny now that Kate is there. I wonder what she will do with Hana and what role she has. Up until now she looks like an enemy but the ED clearly shows her as an ally. She will probably switch sides of something.

as for me, i tryed watching ep 1 and 2, and its screwed up with the censorship.

i think i prefer to wait for the uncensored ver. ... i get the feeling it will be a lot more enjoyable if i actualy dont know what will happen, and watch the uncensored ver. without the feeling of "watching it again with new scenes" feeling.

there is enough anime out there to keep me entertained untill the uncensored ver. come out so...i will pretend it just be like it was released later than expected.

Damn it how I hate the censorship in this one. This could be a great anime but the censorship destroys a lot. I wonder why they even bother airing this -.-
But I dont want to wait for the uncensored version either, so I will still stick with it and watch the uncensored later.

I finished to watch the second episode and I'll drop Seikon no Qwaser. The censor is very horrible. The battle with Alexander and Ayana was totally censored and I could barely see and understand the battle =/ Reading the manga will be much better in all points of view.
