Oka Hiromi (played by JPop idol, Ueto Aya) is a first-year student at Nishi HS who hopes to join the tennis club to see her idol Ryusaki Reika. Reika’s the stereotypical ojousan, complete with her fan club and fancy nickname (Ochoufujin = butterfly). Hiromi’s merely a beginner in the sport, so imagine her surprise when the new coach Munakata picks her as one of the regulars, to the dismay of the upperclassmen passed over.
